Applies to users whose payments are processed in international currencies and who therefore contract with Pathway Consulting LTD (United States). Users paying in Uzbek soums are subject to Uzbek-language Terms of Use governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pathway Consulting LTD. By accessing pthwy.co or using the Pathway mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Pathway Consulting LTD is a company incorporated in the United States with its registered office at 2600 Philmont Avenue, Huntington Valley, PA 19006, USA.
These Terms apply to users whose payments are processed in international currencies. Users paying in Uzbek soums (UZS) contract with Pathway Consult LLC under separate Terms governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to enter into these Terms on your own behalf. If you are under eighteen, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
To access most features of the Services, you must register for an account through the App. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activities under your account.
Pathway provides education-consulting services to students seeking admission to universities abroad, with a focus on graduate programs at top-300 universities.
Fees for the Services are set out in the App at the time of purchase. By selecting a service, you agree to pay all applicable fees in the currency displayed. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in Section 7.
If, after fully completing the consulting program, you do not receive an offer of admission to any university included in your final shortlist, you are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for the relevant consulting package.
To qualify, you must complete all consulting tasks, submit accurate documentation, apply to all universities in your final shortlist, and submit a written request within sixty (60) days.
Refunds are not available where you decline offers, fail to complete materials, provide false information, or withdraw voluntarily.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, to provide truthful and accurate information, and to comply with all applicable laws.
All content provided through the Services is the property of Pathway or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We will treat the personal and academic information you share with us as confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While our coaches are experienced professionals, no admission outcome can be guaranteed. The Services are advisory in nature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathway shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify Pathway against any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
Disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
