This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the owner of the Pathway application (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) regarding the use of the Pathway mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). By using the Application, the User confirms that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement.
1.1. The Application provides the User with access to tools for managing tasks, documents, and interacting with other users.
1.2. The Application is provided “as is.” The Administration is not responsible for potential errors in the Application’s operation, temporary disruptions, or data loss, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.
The information provided by the User is used for authorization and feedback purposes, including sending notifications about changes in service status.
2.1. Registration with an account may be required to access the full functionality of the Application.
2.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate information during registration. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their login and password.
2.3. The Administration reserves the right to deny access to the User’s account in case of a violation of this Agreement.
3.1. The User has the right to: • use the Application within its functionality; • contact technical support; • terminate the use of the Application and delete their account at any time by contacting the administrator.
3.2. The User undertakes to: • not use the Application for actions that violate the law; • not attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the operation of the Application; • respect the copyright and other rights of third parties, unless otherwise specified in the terms.
3.3. The Administration has the right to: • provide access to the Application based on technical readiness or upgrades; • remove information that violates these terms or the law; • modify the Application’s functionality without prior notice.
4.1. Use of the Application may involve the transfer of certain personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.2. The Administration undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
5.1. All rights to the software code, design, text, and graphic content within the Application belong to the Administration or its partners and are protected by law.
5.2. Copying, distribution, or any other use of the Application without the written permission of the rights holder is prohibited.
6.1. The Administration is not liable for losses incurred as a result of using or being unable to use the Application, except in cases explicitly provided for by law.
6.2. The User bears full responsibility for actions performed through their account.
7.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.
7.2. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated terms.
